1. Who we are

This site is operated by Cláudio Barros, Unipessoal Lda., owner of the Hunter Season brand, company number (NIPC) 518836258, registered at Impasse Cidade Vitória, nº 4, R/C B, 2735-662 Agualva-Cacém, Portugal. Contact: support@hunterseasonwear.com.

By using this site and placing an order, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on hunterseasonwear.com. We may change them at any time. Each order is governed by the version in force when it is placed.

3. Products and information

We do our best to describe items accurately and to show photographs that are true to them. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. Size chart measurements are approximate and allow for small manufacturing tolerances.

Items are subject to stock availability. If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you and refund that item.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping is calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices at any time, with no effect on orders already confirmed. If an item is published with a clearly incorrect price through technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund everything paid, letting you know.

5. Orders and contract

An order is considered accepted when you receive the confirmation email. Until then we may refuse or cancel it, for instance because of lack of stock, suspected fraud or a pricing error.

6. Payment

The available payment methods are the ones shown at checkout. Payments are handled by external payment service providers. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping and return conditions are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason, under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014.

Items carry a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese Decree-Law 84/2021. The guarantee does not cover normal wear or damage caused by improper use or washing.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the brand, logo, text, photographs, videos and design, belongs to Cláudio Barros, Unipessoal Lda. or is used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written authorisation.

9. Customer content

By posting reviews, photographs or other content on the site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in the brand's communications. You confirm that you hold the rights to that content. We may remove content that is offensive, false or infringes third-party rights.

10. Liability

We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the site or for indirect damage arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, talk to us first at support@hunterseasonwear.com.

For consumer disputes you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body such as CNIACC, the National Centre for Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration (www.cniacc.pt). More information on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
